The staff was very friendly, they made our trip! The room we booked was a nice size and perfect with scented flowers, beautiful garden, a personal bathroom. The hotel was in a central setting close to the center. I had a really enjoyable stay at Las Portadas for an additional two nights. The staff were incredibly friendly and truly enhanced our experience. Our room was spacious and lovely, complete with scented flowers, a beautiful garden, and a private bathroom. Plus, the hotel's location was convenient, right in the heart of town.

Great place to visit for a trip to Ollantaytambo. Lots of goodies for breakfast. Comfortable bed, particularly good bathroom and TV set and a writing table in the room. The helpful and attentive staff working throughout the hotel. Magnificent setting, just off the central plaza in Ollantaytambo, and main square.

The hotel is set in a lovely area. It is really close to the railroad station for Machu Picchu at 4:30 am. Also close to the center, archaeological site, and the railway station. The location is particularly good and stunning, within walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go.

We loved staying at Las Portadas! The highlight for us was definitely the beautiful garden. It was such a peaceful and tranquil space to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring.
